A tiny, scenic village traversing part of the Oxfordshire Way, with a huge, idyllic village green, and the River Evenlode flowing right through it, much to the delight of the local ducks. With a small active community, the village has a vibrant annual music festival, a history steeped in Morris dancing and a picturesque pub.

A 2-minute walk away, teas will be served on the village green in aid of the village hall

The Old Vicarage

One-and-a-half acre garden around a late Georgian vicarage. Small rockery, a pond and bog plants. Borders and beds filled with perennials, shrubs and trees. Informal rose garden with over 250 David Austin roses, underplanted with hostas, penstomons, astilbes and astrantia. Small pond and vegetable patch. Paddock with trees, shrubs and herbaceous border.
