We'd love to welcome you to our hospice for coffee and cake on Saturday 3 February so you can find out more about the volunteering opportunities here at Katharine House. You'll be able to meet some of our current volunteers, and talk to them about what their work means to them and how they make a difference to our patients and their families.

From cooks, drivers & receptionists, to gardeners, fundraisers & shop helpers, there are plenty of volunteers who help us do what we do. Without them, we wouldn't be able to look after the thousands of people who need us every year.

If you have some spare time and would like to be part of a warm, friendly and dedicated team working together to change local people's lives, we'd love to see you. You might even like to bring a friend.

Even if you're not sure whether volunteering is for you, or feel a little apprehensive about volunteering at a hospice, we hope you'll join us to find out more - we're sure you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Please register by emailing [email protected] so we can make sure there's enough cake to go around!
