Do I have to be fit? No, you can take it at your own pace. We do recommend that you should train before taking part and that you feel comfortable that you will be able to complete a long run or walk. The Midnight Walk is a fun event, designed for you to take at your own pace; it is not a race. We are encouraging families to take part, so we’ve moved to an earlier start time, but please make sure all members of your team can walk the distance that they have signed up for. We have set a lower age limit of 12 years old for the 10 mile, and 8 years old for the six-mile route.
