We experienced some trouble with our lottery bank account last week - please read if you've received a letter from your bank.

For our supporters currently playing our lottery who have received a letter from your bank, please be advised that the lottery is still up and running! For some unknown reason our bank suddenly closed our account on Monday without telling us. Everything is now back up, but during the down time the bank rejected standing orders.

HSBC have now advised us that you can ignore the letter, and that your lottery subscription will carry on as normal. However, if you have any questions or are unsure, please do get in touch on 01295 816 484, or email [email protected].
