Australian born guitarist Craig Ogden is one of the most exciting artists of his generation, and he's coming to Broughton Castle for an exclusive concert in aid of Katharine House Hospice on Saturday 1 June 2019 at 7pm.

The concert will take place in the Great Hall and will include music from the Spanish guitar repertoire, Bach, and pieces from Craig's Classic FM award-winning CDs.

Limited tickets for this fantastic event are just £30, and can be purchased below.

Grounds will be open from 5pm and you are welcome to picnic on the lawn before moving indoors for the concert in the Great Hall.

About Craig Ogden:

In 2004, Craig became the youngest instrumentalist to receive a Fellowship Award from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester.
One of the UK's most recorded guitarists and a household name to listeners of Classic FM and Radio 3, his recordings for Virgin/EMI, Sony and others have received wide acclaim and regularly top the classical music charts.


Craig has performed concertos with many of the world's leading orchestras including the Philharmonia, London Philharmonic, English Chamber Orchestra and the Halle.


He also regularly appears as soloist and chamber musician at major venues, has presented programmes for BBC Radio 3, is Head of Guitar at the Royal Northern College of Music and was the 2017-18 Visiting Musician at Oriel College, Oxford.
Craig's informal and relaxed concert presentation has made him a firm favourite with audiences at festivals and concert halls.
