Join us on our weekly Friday Health Walks in collaboration with South Northants and Cherwell District Council.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join an organised walk around the beautiful countryside that surrounds Katharine House.  Each weekly walk not only provides the perfect opportunity to improve your activity levels and general wellbeing, but also offers you the chance to make new friends, encourage each other and find a supportive network of like-minded people.

The walks are open to families, carers, patients, supporters, and volunteers - generally, anyone who has an affiliation with our hospice.

Each walk will be led by a friendly, specially trained volunteer who will be on hand to provide encouragement and support and make sure no one gets left behind.

A typical walk may last up to 60 minutes, although this may vary.

No need to book, just turn up although it may be advisable to contact the hospice beforehand just to make sure it is going ahead on 01295 811 866, due to the current global pandemic all our events are subject to change, so it is advisable to check our website www.khh.org.uk/health-walks for any updates.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear.
