Join the Spookfest team for an anniversary re-imagining of this famous and very popular local music event, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Katharine House Hospice

Starting in 2013, Spookfest ran for three years raising money in memory of Dorothy Plumb for Katharine House. This year, six years since the last Spookfest, we will be reviving the event with a Mexican theme: Dios de los Muertos. So come dressed to the nines in full fancy dress, break out your Mexicana inspired costume and have a spook-filled night of fun, laughter and dancing.

Tickets are £15 in advance - scroll down to the foot of the page to buy them.

Over 18s only.

We reserve the right to refuse entry if you're not in fancy dress!  :-)

Your bands for the night

The Meanies (newly announced)

The Meanies are a 6-piece from Banbury, featuring a horn section, and a local favourite. They deliver Soul, Motown, Ska and 60s classics to get the crowd up and dancing. The Meanies have supported Spookfest in previous years, headlining in 2014, and are making a welcome return again to help raise funds for us at this year's event.

Til Dawn

Til Dawn are a two-piece modern Alt Rock/Rock/Indie covers band based in Banbury, who share a love of music which projects out to the audience. Til Dawn are experienced musicians and have performed in various bands and individually for years and have a large range of covers from the likes of Royal Blood, Kings of Leon, Kasabian, Stereophonics, Green Day, Oasis and many more.

Social Services

Social Services is an Oxfordshire-based covers band, who'll happily cover anything and everything - they even cover their own songs. The emphasis is on fun and having a good time. Covers include Men Without Hats, Terrovision, Ugly Kid Joe, Electric Six and Nena.

Neva Mynd

Neva Mynd are five pieces of musical excellence, a modern Rock covers band nurtured from the bowels of hell, despatched to heaven and baptised in purgatory. From the mighty AC/DC to the beautiful Eagles, no flavour of Rock's tumultuous past or future is missed or forgiven. David Bowie once inspired and Thin Lizzy romanced, the Foo Fighters gave and the Guns and Roses took. Nothing is left from this all-powerful set cut from the belly of Rock'N'Roll. Thank goodness they don't take themselves too seriously!
