What's On Living Well groups Exercise group online Becoming more active can be a positive change to make to your life. Evidence shows that physical activity can benefit people in several different ways. It can impact your health by reducing tiredness, anxiety and depression, improving quality of life, helping look after your heart and maintaining a healthy weight, strengthening bones, muscles and joints and improving flexibility. Join Hannah, our physiotherapist, for these fun and active classes that can be carried out from your chair with the option of progressing to standing exercises. Each session will include exercises that focus on a combination of balance, flexibility and strength while also having fun.
