With responsibility for the strategic direction of the Hospice as well as ensuring it meets its regulatory requirements, you'll ideally have a background in: Strategic communications, marketing and PR; fundraising; HR; finance; nursing; or governance of another hospice. Individual Giving and Legacies Manager

We have high ambitions for our income generation to underpin our work, and seek strong fundraisers who are passionate about fundraising. The role is based in our Adderbury office near Banbury. It is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, although part-time working may be considered.

Your role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of a comprehensive individual giving and legacy programme. You will proactively develop relationships with new and existing individual supporters leading to building and developing an active supporter base of individual donors and successfully delivering income to meet income targets.

You will lead a programme of individual giving and legacy campaigns and activities to engage and develop relationships with new and existing individual supporters to develop and grow these income streams and to ensure continued supporter

Trusts Officer

We have high ambitions for our income generation to underpin our work, and seek strong fundraisers who are passionate about fundraising. The role is based in our Adderbury office near Banbury, however, home-working arrangements may be considered. It is a part-time position working 21 hours per week.

To contribute to the fundraising targets of Katharine House Hospice’s (KHH) Fundraising team your role will be responsible for proactively developing relationships with new and existing trusts and foundation supporters, to deliver funds to ambitious income targets and continue to develop this strong income stream for KHH.

You will be expected to research and identify new sources of Trust & Foundations funding, develop reports and proposals which present Katharine House’s work and inspire people to give and manage all trust donations and acknowledgements.
