Living Well Administrator The aim of Living Well is to enhance the wellbeing of people affected by life-limiting illness. Wellbeing means different things to different people and so we offer a programme of varied support and activities within which we hope everyone will find something right for them. The service is run by a multi-professional team including a nurse, health care assistant, chaplain, social worker, physiotherapist, lymphoedema specialist nurse and bereavement lead and is open to: anyone with a life-limiting illness carers and families of someone with a life-limiting illness and those who have experienced bereavement within the last two years As the Living Well Administrator you will: Help with administrative tasks for our physiotherapist and the breathing workshops Support the Chaplain with specific project-based admin tasks Print off bereavement notes to file in paper notes and upload these onto the iCare system Photocopying/maintaining stock levels of all bereavement forms and training materials To create and maintain stock levels of our three different types of bereavement packs Skills required: Understanding of confidentiality Good IT skills with experience of working with spreadsheets and data input Self-motivated and proactive Good communication skills Organised, reliable and honest Committed to working in a professional manner alongside Katharine House colleagues and volunteers.
