Two weeks before your run 

• Set up a whole school JustGiving page where parents and carers can donate. Set up your page on JustGiving via the Katharine House Hospice page.
• You should have received your Santa hats by this point – please check that you have the right quantity and contact us immediately if not.

One week before your run 

• Share our Schools Santa Run video with your pupils:
  • Run the Primary Schools presentation. If you need to present this offline, please contact us at [email protected].
  • Download the Secondary Schools video
• Share our letter for Primary Schools and your JustGiving page with parents and carers. 
• Put up posters around your school: we've provided you with posters for primary and secondary schools on our resources page. 

4-15 December 

• Collect donations, distribute hats and reshare your JustGiving link with parents/carers.
• Distribute Santa hats if needed. 
• Share photos with us #SchoolsSantaRun.

After your run 

• Send a message to parents and carers to remind them to collect sponsorship money for the children and return to your school by 15 December. 
• Sponsorship deadline: please encourage all sponsorship monies to be sent into school by 15 December 2023.

How to send your money to us 

You can pay in funds online at www.khh.org.uk/donate.  

IMPORTANT: please write Schools Santa Run and your school name in the comments box. Any funds raised through JustGiving will come straight to us.

Please send cheques to us by 31 January. Cheques should be made payable to Katharine House Hospice, along with all your sponsorship forms, and sent to:
