Have you been helped by Katharine House? If so, we’d love to hear your story.

We love hearing from our patients and their families. Being able to share stories is what makes it possible for us to raise funds and keep caring for people living with life-limiting conditions in our community.

By sharing experiences of death and dying, stories like yours can get people talking and help as many people as possible by letting them know about how Katharine House Hospice helps people in our community. These personal stories can also inspire people to fundraise and volunteer for us.

Whether you are living with a terminal illness, recently bereaved, caring for someone or if a loved one has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, we’d love to hear from you.

How will your story be used?

We may contact you from time to time to ask if you’d be happy for us to share your experiences on our website or social media, in fundraising appeals.

We would never use any part of your story without asking you first.

People who’ve shared their story often find it a really positive experience and an opportunity to make a real difference for people living with a terminal diagnosis, and their families.
