Get involved What's On Schools Santa Run Back by popular demand! This fun Christmas challenge is designed to be flexible for every school to fit it within the PE curriculum or as a fun extra-curricular activity. A simple outdoor activity for everyone at school (teachers included!). We know that Christmas can be a busy time, so we’ve made it super simple for any school or college to take part. How does it work? Run as a class! Run with the whole school! Hold your run between 4 and 15 December. Set a distance for each class to run. The whole school can run on one day or over several days. Each pupil pays a small entrance fee and we’ll supply a free Santa hat for them to run in. All funds go to Katharine House Hospice. We’d love you to encourage your children to get sponsored to do their run. What will my school receive? A free Santa hat for every participating pupil. Plus our special Santa Fun Run toolkit, which includes: a specially made short film to use in class or a virtual assembly and to share with parents. a letter for parents and carers with information about Katharine House. downloadable sponsorship forms. downloadable posters to publicise your event to parents and children. downloadable certificates for you to print off for every participating child.
